Turn left and go up the ramp into the building at the side entrance of a Seward Park Coop building. When you enter the building, turn left.
From Grand St. (B, D) Subway stop, walk east on Grand St., right on Clinton, Left on East Broadway and keep walking past the long brick wall. Turn left and go up the ramp into the building at the side entrance of a Seward Park Coop building. When you enter the building, turn left.
